Open
seat tickets are non-refundable.
-
Any
person traveling in an open seat MUST comply with the departure times
established by the person who chartered the aircraft. This
means that when the aircraft is scheduled to depart at a specified
time, when the person chartering the aircraft has arrived at the
airport and is ready to depart, the aircraft will depart at the
specified time with or without the open seat rider.
-
Open
seat riders may not delay the departure of an aircraft.
-
Open
seat riders are responsible for arriving at the departure airport in
sufficient time to check-in for the flight and clear outbound.
-
The
aircraft route and/or any intermediate stop made en route to the
destination is determined by the person chartering the aircraft and
not the person traveling in an open seat.
-
Since
each aircraft has a weight limit, everyone and everything belonging to
the person chartering the aircraft has priority and is loaded first.
Any remaining weight may be used by open seat riders.
-
Open
seat riders may not bring items that may be objectionable to the
person chartering the aircraft.
-
Open
seat riders may not chose the seat on the aircraft in which they are
to travel. Seat assignment will be made by the Pilot in Command.
-
Open
seat riders must act in a mature, non-intrusive manner at all times,
and respect the wishes of the person chartering the aircraft and
anyone traveling in the charter group.
-
Open
seat riders may not bring pets.
